Cancer Killing Cuisine

Cancer Killing Cuisine (CKC) is a concept that is fairly straightforward to understand although one that is easy to implement incorrectly.  While there are numerous documented CKC foods (including herbs and spices), excess quantities and unplanned  combinations could actually counter many of the expected improvements in reducing or eliminating the cancer burdens.  Yet there remain very clear conclusions that foods can be used combat cancer.

  1. Take advantage of known synergies between certain foods/molecules
  2. Avoid CKC combinations where the resulting actions of the nutrients in some foods may act in opposition/contrary to others from the same meal
  3. Unless advised to the contrary, include foods rich in micronutrients your body is known to be deficient in (base this on recent lab results from tissue/blood/urine samples)
